Introduction

We all carry varying degrees of painful experiences, regrets, and characteristics or habits about ourselves that can become burdens. These things can drive us toward relationships, thoughts, and behaviors that help us survive, but don't truly serve us. Instead, they can create disconnection with ourselves and others. Humans are wired for connection and have a desire to belong. I will be an authentic, active supporter in your journey. You will feel seen, heard, received, and cared for while we explore yourself with curiosity and compassion toward healing, growth, and creating the life YOU want. Even though we might go to some tough places through your process, there is space for humor and celebration. In fact, I think those two ingredients are essential for healing. At your pace, we will learn more about you and develop self-trust using your innate wisdom and self-determination. Our work together can help you be more connected to your authentic self, more confident living true to your values and dreams, and develop coping and communication skills that serve you best. My approach is relational and multi-cultural, drawing on the extensive social and cultural dynamics that shape our identities. I believe finding the right counselor is crucial to your growth and the outcomes you seek from this process. I will help guide you as we find the best fit for your needs. I look forward to connecting with you!
