Introduction

Using a variety of evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), schema therapy, cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and solution focused therapies, I help clients better navigate the world around them and find a sense of peace and hope. I'm here to guide, support, and encourage you on your journey to becoming your most authentic self. Creating a therapeutic relationship will help us make progress together and empower you to be aware of own potential. All therapies focus on developing skills to make lasting changes in your life. I offer a comprehensive assessment our first session and then work with you to develop tailored and meaningful treatment goals. I offer my services to clients presenting with a variety of needs including those struggling with anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, phobias, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relational functioning. I have specific training in exposure therapy, interoceptive therapy, and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an empirical based therapy shown to significantly help reduce obsessions and compulsions. If I can be of assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out!
