Introduction

I graduated from the University of Central Arkansas in 2015, and have worked with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of settings since that time; including inpatient, foster care and outpatient settings. I am passionate about working with individuals to help them overcome difficulties associated with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions and relationships, among other things. I am trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Play Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and relational approaches. I am happy to chat and answer any questions you may have about the therapy process. Openings for appointments are currently available and can be made from this page.
