Introduction

We each have unique experiences or traumas which shape the beliefs that we hold about ourselves and the world around us. These beliefs may contribute to feelings of fear, anger, depression and anxiety. The weight and influence these beliefs can have on our lives may feel debilitating at times. I will walk alongside you in pursuit of self discovery and achievement of your goals. I will collaborate with you to create an environment of healing and hope by building a strong therapeutic alliance. My psycho therapeutic approaches include Dialectical and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (DBT/CBT), as well as Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). Each approach will be carefully tailored to your unique needs and goals. Reaching out for help is a big step towards peace and contentment. I am genuinely invested in your change process. Beginning therapy may be uncomfortable but I am committed to making this a positive experience as we work together.
