Introduction

Statistics show the majority of the world’s population will experience at least one traumatic event in their lifetime, with many individuals experiencing multiple traumatic events. If you are part of this statistic and experience negative symptoms such as (but not limited to) low mood, high anxiety, or issues in your current relationships stemming from past experiences, please know there is hope for healing. I provide effective, guided, professional treatment in the form of EMDR therapy. Your mind and body do not have to be consumed by intrusive symptoms. EMDR works to decrease negative mental health symptoms in relation to distressing memories by promoting healing memories to create a positive state of mind. Long story short, you can and will feel better! I have been practicing as a mental health professional for seven years. I serve a large population of demographics with special interest and consideration for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. My practice is fully telehealth.
