Introduction

In a therapy session, my goal is to create a safe, calm, and comfortable space for you to express yourself. Therapy is built on a foundation of trust between me and you. I specialize in working with trauma and Post-traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, and depression, but I also enjoy working with grief, life transitions, every day stressors, and many others. These struggles can be difficult at times, but my hope is that I provide a space where you feel accepted, valued, and heard. My goals are to walk beside you, guide you, and to watch you thrive in your next phase of life. If you have concerns about payment, we can talk about it! I specialize in providing trauma-focused therapy. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, which means that I can help those who have experienced something traumatic. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, but I tailer therapy to fit you as a person. My passion in life is to help you thrive in yours. We all need someone to talk to, confide in, and connect with. My goal is to provide a place where we can do all three. I look forward to meeting you soon!
