My name is Kelsey and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about helping teens, young adults, and young-at-heart adults find stability, confidence, and empowerment in a world that often feels like it is crumbling. I especially enjoy working with folks who are questioning their sexuality or processing religious trauma. My practice focuses on trauma processing and managing symptoms of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. For the past 6 years, I have supported folks in finding comfort and growth after enduring physical, emotional, or spiritual violence. I am specialized in Trauma-Focused and Arts-based methods, and strongly believe in the healing power of levity and humor. You are the expert on your own experience: I will follow your lead on what you want to work through and how deep you want to go at your own pace. We don't have to talk about hard things right away!
