Introduction

Kelsee Melton, LPC- Licensed Professional Counselor, specializes in working with children, teens, and their families. Kelsee believes her role is to help your family find strength and solutions by creating a safe, accepting environment where we work together to explore problems, identify skills, and gain new insight. Together, we work to restore balance in your family's lives and gain personal acceptance. Kelsee uses an integrative approach in creating a therapeutic treatment plan to best meet each client's needs. Kelsee is also trained in Group Counseling, TBRI- Trust Based Relational Intervention, and Play Therapy. Ashley Malone is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Ashley earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy with the highest honors from Abilene Christian University. She has significant experience in counseling children, teens, adults, couples and families in both private practice and non-profit settings. She enjoys working with children and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, divorce and family adjustment and trauma. Ashley also enjoys working with adult individuals, families and couples to create healthy attachment and lasting connection. Ashley uses a client-centered approach with attachment theory in mind. She is trained in EMDR, Gottman Method (level one), Child-Centered play therapy and Trust Based Relational Intervention. Amara McPherson, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Student Intern. Amara specializes in children, teens, couples, and individuals suffering from current or past trauma. Amara uses an integrative approach with individuals and systemic approach with families, creating a plan to reach their goals. Amara has received training in Strategic Trauma and Abuse Recovery (12STR), Group Counseling, and Crisis Intervention.
