Introduction

My speciality is trauma and other related symptoms such as depression and anxiety. I can relate to trauma as I’ve experienced divorce, emotional breakdowns, heartache, disappointment, and betrayal, both personally and professionally, and I know how devastating these experiences can be. I also know that beauty can be found in the darkest spaces, and there is always a way to move forward, even when we have no idea about what to do next or feel like we can’t take it anymore. In counseling, we go deep into these experiences so that you can come out on the other side feeling whole.
