Introduction

My name is Kelly Varhola, M.A., Licensed Professional Counselor - Associate, and I am supervised by Meredith A. Ivey, M.Ed LPC-S, RPT-S, Certified CCPT-S. I am committed to assisting children, adolescents, teens, and their families in achieving their greatest potential. I specialize in counseling children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, ADHD, and depression offering a variety of therapy interventions including Play Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused techniques. My goal is to develop a warm, friendly rapport, and allow the child to express themselves to target ineffective behaviors making choices to institute change. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help the child reach this success.
