Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the St. Louis area and I have a passion for the benefits of therapy. I utilize strengths-based, client-focused, goal-directed, and mindfulness approaches to therapy. All emphasize a collaborative relationship between the client and therapist. I have extensive experience working with aging issues as well as trauma experiences. However, I enjoy working with clients of all types and needs to support you through life changes and challenges. I have a Master in Social Work degree, a Master Degree in Gerontology, and over ten years of clinical experience. I am comfortable with CBT, ACT, Trauma-focused therapy, and several other methods of practice.
