Welcome to Southern Hope Counseling, a safe place for everyone to be themselves. After years of working within the mental health field, we wanted to create our own practice to empower others through difficult life transitions. We provide different approaches, TF-CBT/EMDR/CBT and more, for individual, family, and group therapy in order to meet the specific needs of our clients.
