Introduction

On the spectrum of therapists from all head to all heart, I'm right in the middle. Warm, authentic, caring but also challenging. I work best with clients who want to be called on their stuff, who are willing to do the work, and who can join me in laughing at ourselves as we help you be the best version of yourself. My favorite issues/people to work with are: eating disorders/ body image (HAES/body positive), LGBTQ population, relationship issues (including polyamory and/or kink), family of origin concerns, sexual trauma survivors, and non-suicidal self-injury.
