Introduction

My clients most often identify as adults, typically aged 25-55, that are high achieving and big hearted. Most often, after they've tried all they can think of, they come looking for relief with anxiety, self esteem or addiction. Together, working at their pace, we work together in session to take control back to overcome fear, burnout and trauma, in order to experience the freedom and empowerment that’s deserved.
