Some of our greatest pain comes through relationship with others. I also believe that working together in a therapeutic relationship promotes desired change and healthy connection with others. With a focus on underlying patterns and emotions that cause disruptions, I will work with you to better understand your stories so that you can live more fully and authentically in the present. I obtained a Master of Science in Counseling at Southern Methodist University. I have significant experience working with addiction, personality disorders, abuse (all types), abandonment, and trauma. I am currently enrolled in my final year of training to become a Somatic Experiencing Professional (SEP) and serve as an assistant for SEP training in Dallas. I offer counseling utilizing pattern analysis, sand tray, EMDR, and expressive arts techniques. Together we will explore individual story to discover what strategies work best for you. If you are interested in scheduling a 15-minute consultation with me via phone, please contact me using the link at the top of this website.
