Introduction

Welcome! My name is Kelly Lansden and I am an Associate Licensed Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor in Birmingham, AL. Prior to joining with my partner to form Outlier Counseling and Wellness, I spent the past 3 years working with survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault. I have special interests in working with trauma, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergence, chronic illness and chronic pain. I provide counseling services to adults in-person and online, and am passionate about serving clients of all backgrounds so that they may live their most rewarding life. I completed a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, as well as a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Birmingham-Southern College.
