Introduction

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who specializes in treating couples and trauma. During the past 10 years, I have helped many clients overcome adverse experiences, develop confidence, and establish healthy relationships. I use evidence-based methods assist couples and individuals work toward their desired outcomes. Relationship stress can be overwhelming, but therapy doesn't have to be. I use the research-based Gottman Method in my work with couples, providing tools that couples can use at home to begin modifying interactions and building stronger connections.
