Introduction
I support couples and individuals who are feeling discouraged and stuck in patterns that just aren't working. If that sounds like you, you don’t have to go through it alone. Facing change takes courage. I consider it a privilege to support my clients as they seek healing, connection, and deeper meaning in life. I work collaboratively with clients to co-construct a therapeutic space for their unique needs. I have experience working with anxiety of all kinds, situational and chronic depression, tough life transitions, trauma and abuse, communication of relational needs, conflict, and family of origin exploration. Using a strengths-based approach to my work with clients, I believe deeply in the power of authentic connection. I work from a place of openness, curiosity, and non-judgment. My methods draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Family Systems approaches. I enjoy working with couples as well as individuals. I'm committed to providing compassionate support for my clients. I know how daunting it can be to start the process of therapy.
