Introduction

I am passionate about helping others recognize their strengths and to better understand themselves. My approach is eclectic in that I implement a variety of therapeutic strategies to best fit each client on an individual level. This is determined based on why a client is seeking counseling, their age, learning style, and personality. Since I work from a more natural perspective I frequently use more holistic approaches in my practice to help my clients gain more self-awareness and appreciation for themselves.
