Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, down, or worried all the time? Are you experiencing conflicts in your relationships? Do you or your child have school issues? Are you struggling with your sexuality or gender identity? Do you feel stuck? I believe in meeting clients where they are at in their healing process. We will work as a team to identify strengths as well as collaborate in creating goals in order to move toward growth and healing. I bring empathy and compassion to the counseling session and strive to create an accepting, nonjudgmental environment. I work with individuals, children, families and couples treating a variety of presenting problems using Systems Theories. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples who identify as LGBTQ+. I will work with you and your family to tailor treatment to your unique needs and experiences.
