I have over 10 years of experience working with teenagers and their families to address concerns related to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, and trauma-related emotional or behavioral difficulties. In my work I use numerous approaches, including Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness and meditation techniques. I also maintain a focus on nutritional wellness throughout my practice. I have particular experience working with adolescents to develop healthy coping strategies to manage anxiety and depression, in addition to extensive experience assisting students and families with academic performance issues and school avoidance. I see clients ages 14+ through virtual telehealth sessions only at this time.
