She earned her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida and is currently working towards her Doctorate at Nova Southeastern University. She has over 3 years of inpatient pediatric experience and spent 1.5 years providing inpatient bedside counseling to patients with traumatic injuries, including neuropsychological conditions. Kelly strongly believes in the importance of strength-based healing that begins with the mind-body connection. She is flexible to the client’s needs and works directly with them to create goals for healing. Kelly uses a humanistic approach that integrates evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and medical models. She has worked with clients of all ages to help navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, health conditions, caregiving, and family systems.
