I have experience with a variety of presenting issues, and a background in both inpatient psychiatric treatment and a multi-disciplinary medical model. I am a firm believer in being direct and open with people. I don't subscribe to any rigid methodology, but rather use a variety of tools customized to your needs. I draw most skills-based work from DBT and ACT, which are both rooted in mindfulness. The therapeutic relationship is the most powerful tool we will utilize, and I know that centers on well-built trust. I enjoy using humor when appropriate, and view my role to be less prescriptive and more collaborative. I believe that everyone could benefit from therapy to recognize and strengthen their inner resilience against the ups and downs of our day to day experience. If you've been considering therapy to address anxiety, depression, or disordered eating I may be a good fit. I enjoy working with adults of all identities, and am licensed in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
