Whether your changing jobs, starting a career, moving to a new area, or have a chronic illness, change can be stressful and requires a series of adjustments to get back to a sense of life balance. Much of my professional expertise focuses on life transition and the impact of change throughout the lifespan, from young teens to older adults. I have a particular interest in helping teens, college students, and young adults as they transition into adulthood. I provide therapy geared toward helping ease the stress and anxiety that often accompanies young people who are beginning to take on the responsibility and challenges of life as an adult. While life transitions and change can be stressful, it also offers an opportunity for self- reflection and personal growth. My goal is to help you address issues in a safe and empowering environment, so healing, personal growth, and positive change become a reality in your life.
