Introduction

Welcome! I’m Kelly, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and School Counselor Licensed (SCL) with a B.S. in Psychology from Michigan State University and an M.A. in Counseling from Oakland University. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that everyone can benefit from having a trusted professional to talk to, whether you're navigating significant life events or managing everyday stress. I specialize in working with women, addressing stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and parenting issues to name a few. My goal is to help you find a path to a more fulfilling and balanced life. I believe in being real and authentic in our sessions. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and my role is to support you in finding clarity and making meaningful changes. Outside of my professional life, I cherish time spent with my husband and children. I also enjoy being on the water, diving into a good book, and tending to my garden. I look forward to working with you and supporting you on your journey to a better living.
