As an individual and group counselor she has worked independently in private practice as well as for colleges, universities, and community organizations. Kelly specializes in helping adults and older adolescents navigate difficult life transitions, process stress, and find balance from overwhelm. She also supports clients experiencing creative blocks, burnout, and stalled motivation. Kelly believes all people have a resilience they can access through talk therapy when faced with life's great emotional challenges. She is dedicated to helping all her clients discover a sense of re-powerment, connection, and joy within their own unique circumstances.
