I am trained in and utilize EMDR, Progressive Counting, Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, Complicated Grief Treatment, Trauma-Focused CBT, and more. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and Fellow in Thanatology (Death, Dying and Bereavement) I am committed to assisting and supporting you to help you move past your challenges and achieve your best life ever.
