Introduction

I’m a Mental Health Counselor committed to helping women examine the obstacles that are holding them back from living their best life. My work focuses on targeting negative thoughts and gaining a deeper self awareness in order to heal. I offer down to earth counseling that is hope-filled and client-centered. My Christian faith shapes my worldview, however I welcome diversity and views from various faith perspectives. I have advanced training in evidence-based and trauma informed modalities which includes Lifespan Integration, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
