I'm a licensed professional counselor with nearly a decade of experience in a variety of treatment settings. I've worked in a university counseling center, mental health hospital, inpatient treatment center for eating disorders, drug and alcohol rehabilitation unit, partial hospitalization program, outpatient offices, Alzheimer's adult daycare programs, and private practices, enjoying the clients at each. That being said, I've also worked with a range of ages and diagnoses, and enjoy my work with individuals, couples, and families. I tend to see women in a variety of life transitions, dealing with the accompanying emotions and relationships. I have experience with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-esteem, relationship dynamics, boundaries/communication work, friendship, singleness/dating, OCD, body image, etc and truly love what I do.
