Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker committed to learning about a person's strengths and using those to build greater resilience, better communication, clearer insight and elevated skill level to help support them being their best in their process of navigating life's transitions and difficulties. I am passionate about supporting young people and women in particular, and helping them step more fully into the authenticity of their lives. I utilize a wide range of approaches and techniques to explore these areas with people, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt approaches, narrative work and attachment theory, to name a few. But I find one of the most important qualities of the therapeutic process is "unconditional positive regard".
