I often incorporate mindfulness and acceptance techniques, as well as guided meditation, to facilitate the therapy process and lead to more ease in meeting life's ups and downs. Using your natural skills and abilities, you will learn effective ways to achieve both your therapeutic and life goals. I am trained in a number of modalities, including CBT-I, DBT, mindfulness, medical hypnotherapy, and yoga therapy.
