The brain has an incredible ability to heal and change throughout its lifespan. Everyone brings a unique set of individual strengths to the therapeutic process. My goal is to guide individuals in discovering their full potential by providing a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. I value therapeutic alignment and making sure that you feel heard and understood throughout the counseling experience. Our work together has the potential to set you on a new path. Counseling does not have to last forever but the benefits will. My educational background is in clinical social work with an emphasis on mental health, child welfare, and trauma. I provide clinical interventions for individuals coping with depression, anxiety, complex trauma, relationship stress, behavioral issues, adjustment, and autism. I grew up in Southwest Michigan and moved to Grand Rapids in 2012 to continue my education. My hobbies include spending time with my nieces and nephews, enjoying the outdoors, writing, reading, and making memories with my dog, Arya. I believe that our closest connections are what build resiliency and strength as we navigate the joys and hardships of life.
