Meet Kelly and What to Expect Hello! Since obtaining my Master's Degree in 2009 from California State University, Northridge, I have helped hundreds of individuals, couples, and families achieve greater happiness and quality of life by allowing me to be part of their journey. I offer a serene, warm environment that eases you from the very first session. I have extensive training and experience in Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT), Brainspotting (BSP), Attachment/Developmental Psychology, Neuropsychology, and Family Systems/Roles including emphasis on anxieties, depression, attachment injuries, relational repairs, addiction/recovery, building esteem/personal voice, and life transitions. I truly love what I do and am so fortunate that most of my private practice is from referrals of current and past clients including trusted colleagues. I meet you where you are presently with the dedication to support you where want to be. Through awareness of self, relational dynamics of all kinds, narratives/stories, attachments/repairs, and updated coping skills, I work effectively and efficiently towards your goals to find greater fulfillment and meaning in your self, relationships, and improving your quality of life.
