It is my belief that every person has the ability to experience healing and personal growth if given the space and tools necessary. My goal is to offer a safe and collaborative environment to support my clients and encourage acceptance on their therapeutic journey. I have experience working with adults who are dealing with a wide range of concerns including trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, substance use, eating disorders, grief and loss. I have a deep passion for supporting clients struggling with gender identity and sexual orientation concerns and navigating the associated challenges. The therapy I provide is rooted in both science and empathy. I understand that everyone has a unique understanding of themselves, others, and the world around them. Because of this, I prioritize meeting each client where they are and tailoring every treatment plan to the individual.
