Taking the first step in getting support is a big one, and you've decided now is the right time. There's something big going on in your life, and is too overwhelming to handle on your own or maybe you just want someone to talk to free of judgement. Having someone safe who listens and can provide perspective, encouragement, feedback and coping skills can really help. Making changes is not easy, but we can go at your own pace, where you lead the conversation and what you'd like to focus on. I'm here to offer support and walk with you on your journey to achieving your goals and jumping over the hurdles life throws your way. I have a strong background working with teens, young adults, and college students over the past 8 years, helping folks navigate life's challenges and transitions. This has looked like: career counseling, navigating interpersonal conflict, college success planning, thoughts of suicide, etc. building long term resilience through positive encouragement and support. I am a person...a mom, has struggled with relationships and needed guidance. I'd like to be someone you turn to for support that can get you through the hard times in life, because everyone needs someone who "gets it". Someone that's real and genuinely themselves. I have immediate openings for folks that need it, I look forward to hearing from you.
