I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in helping those struggling to find balance again. I will not only listen to your story but provide you with the tools to help you regain control of your life. Relationships are important but can be difficult to navigate. I can help you set boundaries, learn to communicate more effectively and provide you with coping skills. I have a passion for walking with people through difficult times. I am passionate about helping those struggling in their marriage and other relationships. I will help equip you with tools and techniques to improve your life. I enjoy working with men and women who are depressed, anxious and overwhelmed with the demands of work and family. I encourage you to give counseling a try, even if you have tried it in the past.
