Introduction
I am a mom to three, and wife of 15 years. I pray daily. My own struggles have empowered me to help others. First in foster care and adoption, then as a teacher and school counselor, and now as a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. I help individuals, families, and couples navigate trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions through online/virtual counseling and in-person counseling. I integrate psychology and faith in a safe, encouraging, and nonjudgemental space. I provide education about how the brain, body, and spirit work together, so you can be empowered with knowledge and awareness about how your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, actions, and physical body work together. I will help you set goals based on the things you want and need, and support and encourage you as you work toward them. I will be intuitive and discerning on what you need each session, so we can go at your pace with your wants and needs. I will provide tools and resources when needed, so you can implement new skills, and make changes to grow, heal, mend what is needed.
