Welcome! I am so glad you are taking this step for yourself! We all deserve a safe space where we feel heard and understood. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and specialize in working with women and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, overall big feelings and relationship concerns. I believe therapy is interactive and interpersonal. If you are a highly sensitive person who finds themselves struggling to cope, please know there is help! Maybe you are struggling in your relationship or post break up/divorce or having trouble creating space in your life for the things you need to thrive. Do you feel like your feelings take over and you are too anxious to enjoy life? My therapeutic approach is relational, and strength focused. We will explore where you have been, practice skills for you where you are now and build towards a future of improved self-understanding and peace. Whatever your specific goals, I will come along side to help you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
