I am a licensed social worker with over 25 years in the mental health field with individuals, families and systems. I believe that all of us have the capacity to grow, change and experience our authentic selves. I am a graduate of the University of Vermont, BA, and Springfield College, MSW. I have served populations impacted by chronic mental health issues, domestic violence, homelessness and substance use, children in crisis, and individuals and families navigating everyday life. In my practice, I use my own life experience, informed by continuous study and professional development. I focus on evidenced based treatments, tailoring sessions to each individual client, no two people are the same and each treatment is unique. I look forward to getting to know you, making connection and sharing important time together creating change. I AM CURRENTLY PLACING NEW REFERRALS ON A SHORT WAITLIST
