Welcome to Inner Oasis Psychotherapy! I am passionate about and work diligently towards fostering strong therapeutic relationships, collaboratively in a safe and non judgemental environment. I believe in a holistic approach to support you in developing a deeper understanding as we work to define past, present, and/or future challenges. Together, we will continuously build on alternative ways to cope along with seeking peace and comfort in a safe and gratifying future. I work to incorporate a person-centered approach through use of a solution-focused lens focusing on specific individual needs. Throughout my time practicing, I have worked with clients who have encountered various challenges and stressors throughout their lives. I have experience working with others to address anxiety, trauma, mindfulness skills, self-worth/esteem, understanding grief, and postpartum recovery/navigating parenthood. I believe in the integration of relaxation techniques during sessions as a means to increase awareness of your body, learning to trust yourself again. So, if you are finding me here, be proud of yourself, I am. This is the start of your journey and I am hopeful we can work together!
