Introduction

We will all go through times in our lives where we may need some extra support. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a relaxed, safe, non-judgmental and caring environment, where we can work together to achieve your goals. I believe that everyone has their own set of strengths, and together we will use a variety of creative interventions which will allow you to feel empowered and take control over your path to success. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress-management, and women's issues. I frequently work with adults and couples, as well as children ages 0-6, and 14 and up. My approach to therapy is emotionally focused, while incorporating a range of interventions based off of your individual and unique needs.
