Keith has a passion for helping others through difficult times using faith-based as well as secular counseling. He is a Licensed Professional Counseling Associate and has been providing mental health services to adults and adolescents with serious mental illnesses and developmental disorders since 2015. Keith integrates cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and other techniques to provide a caring, compassionate, and safe therapeutic environment in which you can find ways to pursue your goals. Empathy is the cornerstone of counseling, as it enables clients to feel that they are heard and understood, which in turn allows the therapeutic relationship to promote growth and progress. Keith specializes in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma related disorders, phase of life issues, addictions, Christian counseling, and relationship/communication issues.
