Hi there, I’m Keith Brouca, LPC--licensed in both NJ and PA. I graduated from Montclair State University with my bachelors in 2003, then went on to Seton Hall for my Master’s in Counseling-Education Specialist (Ed.S). I've worked in a variety of settings with both children and adults, and I specialize in trauma treatment and LGBTQ+ needs. For over 6 years, I've been treating clients with a blend of techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Informed approaches, Mindfulness, and more. I know therapy can feel mysterious and overwhelming--I've been in your shoes. I've also seen how we can overcome depression, anxiety, grief and loss, family conflicts, trauma, and more when we work together. With kindness and understanding, I can guide you through the scary first steps of starting therapy and help you get to a place of healing and thriving. In addition to loving the work I do, I also like to spend time reading fantasy and sci-fi novels, table tops gaming, and enjoying live music. Feel free to contact me to have a brief consultation to see if we would be a good therapeutic fit. I look forward to meeting you!
