Introduction

2021 is here...does that sound exciting or completely overwhelming? If you need guidance finding your way through a challenging period in your life, I would like to help. Our time together can be short and solution-focused or much longer, depending on the nature of your concerns and your progress in therapy. I bring compassion and insight, to each session using a collaborative, nonjudgmental, systemic approach. My approach is successful in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, work related issues, death, loss, or divorce, behavioral issues, self-harm, suicide, and or complex mental health. Additionally, I gained specialized training and experience in treating co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance abuse, and trauma. In addition, I provide easily accessible and high-quality Online Therapy (video chat using HIPAA compliant software).
