Introduction

I am a trauma informed counselor. I work with individuals who have been through trauma heal and engage with life in healthy ways. I also work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues (Note: I do not do couple’s counseling). During our time together, you can expect treatment to be tailored to you. I believe therapy should be a place to go where you can take your mask off and be as you are. I strive to make an environment where you feel safe to do so. I take a relaxed, intuitive approach and help my clients gain insight and understanding into themselves. I accept in-person clients locally as well as telehealth clients in the state of Illinois. I accept Aetna and Optum insurance and Private Pay.
