Introduction

I am passionate about helping clients learn to better understand their patterns. why they are there and how to create healthier ways of living. I seek to guide clients to disrupt the intrusive negative thoughts, let go of guilt, and view themselves in a more compassionate, loving light. I enjoy working with first gen Latino/Latina individuals and exploring the unique challenges that come from their experiences attempting to negative two different worlds. I have primarily worked with women and young adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, and trauma. Most of my experience and specialization are connected to children and adults who have experienced some form of trauma, specifically childhood trauma.
