Introduction

With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals, children, and families navigate the complexities of mental health. Throughout my practice, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and family dynamics. I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), which equips me to provide specialized care to individuals dealing with the impact of trauma. In addition to my certification in TFCBT, I was a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) for seven years, enabling me to work effectively with children and adolescents using therapeutic play techniques. My approach is client-centered, combining evidence-based practices with compassion and understanding. I believe in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and empowered to overcome challenges and develop healthier coping mechanisms. Whether working with individuals, families, or children, my goal is to foster growth, resilience, and healing.
