Introduction

I'm Keight, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I hold a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Indiana University and have been practicing since 2021. I've had the joy of receiving specialized training in both EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) with EMDR Consulting in 2021 and Polyvagal practices with Deb Dana, LCSW in 2022. I specialize in trauma recovery with an emphasis on somatic, attachment, and narrative frameworks. I am especially focused on welcoming and supporting Queer and Trans individuals, Sex Workers, BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) individuals healing from the harm of the criminal legal system, and all bodies, brains, and hearts, especially those who feel or have felt like they don't "fit the mold" If you’re not into the idea of a heavily formal therapy session, hate "masking" and want a therapist who is constantly learning new approaches and techniques to bring into session, we might be a good fit! Representation, lived experience, and shared values matter. Shared language matters, shared understanding of the world matters. I strive to continually engage in anti-oppressive practice, and to divest from harmful norms within the mental health field. Whether you are seeking support in navigating the next chapter, surviving the present, or looking to heal from past trauma, I’ve got your back. If you resonate with my approach and are looking for a therapist who values solidarity, empathy, and collective liberation, I'd love to get to know you!
