Introduction

Hello! My name is Keely! When I was younger I had a lot of feelings and didn’t really know what to do with them. I didn’t have a person where my feelings felt safe to share with. As i grew up, I decided that I wanted to be that safe person for anyone to come share their feelings and explore healing. I work with clients from 6-86 dealing with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, life stressors, adjustment, parenting and more. I have found that as humans we just want to feel seen and heard, and it is a pleasure to be that person for others. I believe in educating clients and providing tools to assist in the meaningful change they want to create.
