Introduction

I work with adults ages 25 and over, with a focus on individuals who were diagnosed as neurodivergent later in life. Most of my clients are professionals, business owners, and high-level decision-makers who have built successful lives while managing invisible stressors. They’re often navigating executive functioning challenges, chronic sleep disruption, neurological burnout, and the pressure to maintain performance in environments not designed with neurodivergence in mind. Many come to me when the systems they’ve relied on stop working — or when they realize they’ve never had systems that actually supported them. I also specialize in the treatment of OCD. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored for adults who are often balancing intensive mental rituals or compulsions with demanding personal and professional lives. I work with clients who are looking for clear strategies and direct support that goes beyond generalized talk therapy. In addition, I support women navigating infertility, pregnancy, and the postpartum period — especially when these experiences intersect with neurodivergence or OCD. I'm licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida, and work exclusively with adults seeking focused, intelligent care that aligns with the way they think and live. **PLEASE NOTE THAT I DO NOT ACCEPT PRIVATE INSURANCE. I accept out-of-network coverage via Thrizer, which simplifies out-of-network therapy payments by acting as a payment platform that links with your health insurance, allowing you to pay a copay after meeting your deductible, and handles the claim submission and reimbursement process on your behalf.
